Investment Services Technology (Middle Office)

Locations: Hyderabad | Bangalore | Gurgaon

We're hiring a senior Product Manager to join a global investment technology team focused on Middle Office platforms and operational technology.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to build and improve systems across areas such as trade lifecycle management, securities operations, corporate actions, reference data, and post-trade workflows.

What you'll be doing:

• Defining product vision, roadmap, and delivery priorities

• Working with engineering and operations teams to build scalable workflow solutions

• Managing large cross-functional initiatives across global teams

• Translating business workflows into clear product and technical requirements

• Driving process optimization and operational efficiency

• Supporting modernization of operational platforms and systems

What we're looking for:

• 8+ years of Product Management experience within financial services

• Strong understanding of Middle Office, trade operations, or investment operations workflows

• Experience working closely with engineering and business stakeholders

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage roadmap ownership, prioritization, and delivery execution

Preferred:

• Experience in investment management, hedge funds, or fund accounting environments

• Exposure to trade accounting and operations platforms
