Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and management of digital products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product strategy, driving execution, and delivering customer-centric solutions. Experience in the banking or financial services domain will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products end to end.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs and business goals.
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Analyze product performance using data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements, especially in banking (if applicable).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on product progress.
Mandatory Skills:
- 8-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in digital products.
- Strong understanding of Scrum Framework methodologies.
- Excellent quantitative analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services domain.
- Familiarity with digital channels such as mobile apps, web platforms, or payment systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the banking sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Strategic thinking with execution focus.
