Key Deliverables:

• Develop and maintain end-to-end process flows (L1 to L5) using MS Visio or similar tools
• Prepare SOPs, SOWs, SLAs, and governance documentation for project consistency
• Create and manage trackers for project status, work allocation, and time monitoring
• Design stakeholder project decks with visual insights and structured reporting

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead project governance initiatives ensuring alignment with business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow documentation
• Drive change management and identify project risks early
• Standardize communication and reporting across strategic project portfolios
