About The Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and growth-oriented Lead – Performance Marketing to drive and scale our digital acquisition and retention efforts across Meta, Google, and other paid marketing channels. This role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing, retention strategies and revenue growth, along with the ability to lead end-to-end campaign strategy and execution.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within a D2C/e-commerce environment, and a proven track record of scaling campaigns while maintaining strong ROI metrics.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital acquisition channels
- Own campaign strategy, execution, optimization, budgeting, and scaling across platforms
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth while optimizing CAC, CPA, ROAS, and funnel performance
- Own marketing budgets and P&L to ensure profitable and sustainable growth
- Develop audience targeting, retargeting, CRM, and lifecycle marketing strategies to improve retention and customer lifetime value
- Drive CRO initiatives and run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages
- Analyze campaign and website performance data to identify insights and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with creative, content, product, and brand teams to build high-performing campaigns
- Build reports and performance dashboards for leadership stakeholders
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure strong execution and best practices across performance marketing
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with expertise across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns with measurable business impact in a D2C/e-commerce setup
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention metrics
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and performance reporting tools
- Experience in retention marketing, CRM and customer engagement strategies
- Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles and experimentation frameworks
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides for data analysis and business presentations
- Good understanding of creative strategy, ad copy performance, and conversion-focused marketing
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong ownership and execution capabilities
