The best performance marketers aren't media buyers. They're growth architects.

They don't just run ads. They understand the psychology of why someone clicks, why someone buys, and why someone comes back. They read the numbers before the numbers tell them something is wrong. They know that ROAS is a symptom, not a strategy.

NOOE has won a Red Dot Design Award, been stocked at Harrods in London, and appeared on Shark Tank India. The brand is real. The product is exceptional. Now we need someone to make the machine work — to build a paid acquisition engine that turns attention into revenue, efficiently and at scale.

About This Role

This is a hands-on role, not a management role.

You will be inside Meta Ads Manager every day — building campaigns, testing creatives, reading attribution data, adjusting bids. Not briefing an agency. Not reviewing reports someone else made. Doing it yourself.

We are at a stage where every rupee of ad spend needs to work hard. We need someone who has been here before — someone who has run performance marketing for a D2C brand at real scale (₹50–100 Cr+ annual revenue) and knows what good looks like. Not theory. Not frameworks. Proof.

If you've managed accounts at an agency but never owned a single brand's performance with your budget on the line, this probably isn't the right fit.

What You'll Own

  • Meta Ads end-to-end — campaign architecture, audience strategy, creative testing, daily optimisation
  • CAC and ROAS targets across the funnel — you set them and you hit them
  • Creative feedback loop with the content team — you know what's working and why
  • Budget management and performance reporting directly to founders
  • Expansion into other paid channels as the business scales
  • What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years running performance marketing, with Meta Ads as your primary channel
  • You've worked for a D2C brand doing ₹50 Cr+ in annual revenue — and you can show the numbers
  • You speak in ROAS, CAC, CPP, and attribution windows — not impressions and reach
  • You understand what iOS14 did to attribution and how to navigate it
  • You have a creative eye — you know which hooks work, which formats burn out, and why
  • Delhi/NCR based

How We'll Measure Success

  • Blended CAC and first-order CAC trends
  • ROAS by campaign and channel
  • Revenue attributed to paid — monthly and quarterly
  • Creative testing velocity and win rate
