Responsibilities

• Assisting in developing standard IT configuration management methodology via implementation of ITOM practices
• Assists Configuration manager in conducting configuration audits and reconciliation
• Maintains CIs to ensure CMDB accuracy and completeness
• Drives visibility on unauthorized CI changes or alterations to environment
• Works with other ITSM processes to understand new requirements and identify how Configuration management can support
• Support and administer the tool for configuration and asset management, ServiceNow Discovery, and additional applications or modules as assigned
• Develop and implement automation scripts and orchestration workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with other ITSM teams to integrate the practices with CMDB
• In depth understanding of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping tools
• Must be able to develop and enhance existing ITOM implementation at ABI
• Must have expertise in deployment of Event Management functionality
• Must have expertise in deploying functionalities of ITOM
• Discovery of assets in a multi-CLOUD setup
• Discovery of IT and OT assets
• Certificate Management
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and training to empower the IT team with ITOM best practices
