Job Description Summary

Operational EHS Activities - Handling Unsafe Act & Conditions, Conducting Toolbox Talk, Creating Safety Awareness among employees, Performing Risk assessment, Scheduled Inspections to sustain GEHC EHS standards.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibility:

Support filing regulatory monthly, quarterly & annual reports (Environmental Statement, Hazardous waste report so on)

Assist in I&I record keeping and investigation

Support ISO 14001 documentation & prepare for audits

Conduct plant walkthrough, interaction with shop floor employees

Prepare and participate in Safety Committee meeting

Support site with projects on risk reduction, energy & waste conservation

Coordinate with Suppliers, vendor & Service providers for procurement, with taking quotation, raising purchase orders & payments

Prepare site level Communicates on key EHS occasions

Provide training to employees and contractors

Support Element team on implementation of EHS framework and programs

Support in site readiness for internal & external Audits & inspections

Preferably knowledge in Gensuite tools
