Lead Mech Design Engr

Key Deliverables:

• Lead mechanical component design and simulation using tools like Ansys.
• Own technical reviews, design documentation, and project cost/schedule estimations.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing through best practices and CGPs.
• Drive innovation and represent the organization in external technical forums.

Role Responsibilities:

• Review and validate design outputs for strength, heat transfer, and flow analysis.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones across conceptual to detailed design phases.
• Coordinate with PEs, engineering leadership, and certification experts.
• Participate in external engagements and promote technical excellence.
