About the Role: We are seeking a Lead Java Developer to join our team in Noida, Gurugram, Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development and a passion for leading projects and teams.

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner. Work Mode: 5 Days from Office.

Responsibilities:

• 7-12 years of experience in software development, with at least 23 years in a lead or senior developer role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java (Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, OOPs, Design Patterns).
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server, including database design, complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Proven experience in developing and managing enterprise-grade applications.
• Excellent understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control tools (e.g., Git).

Qualifications: 7-12 years of experience in software development.

Required Skills:

• Core Java expertise.
• MS SQL Server proficiency.
• Experience with enterprise-grade applications.
