Role OverviewThe Lead Interior Designer will be responsible for managing end-to-end design projects, leading the design team, and ensuring high-quality execution aligned with client expectations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple interior design projects from concept to completion
- Develop creative design concepts, layouts, and presentations
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and preferences
- Supervise and guide junior designers and design team members
- Work closely with vendors, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure timely project delivery within budget
- Review drawings, BOQs, and material selections
- Maintain design quality and consistency across projects
- Conduct site visits and oversee execution work
Skills & Requirements- Strong design sense with attention to detail
- Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.)
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and site execution
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in residential/commercial projects
Preferred- Experience handling luxury or high-end projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
