Job Description

Design and develop project schedule (Doc#14).
Evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas.
Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend work-around.
Timely updation of Project Schedule and present critical area to management.
Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products.
Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
Lead Change management topics from Planning.
Ensure implementation of all changes in respective projects.
Lead capacity planning activity and ensure creation of workload chart.
Site Master Planning.
Educational Qualification: Engineering BTech/BE (Mech/Elec/Industrial), PMP will be an added advantage
Tools Knowledge: Primevera, SAP, MS Project, Kinaxis
Experience: 10+yrs in Production/Project/Industrial Planning in Manufacturing Industry
