Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Lead – HNI Fundraising & Philanthropic Partnerships. The individual in this role will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and philanthropic partners. Key responsibilities include developing and executing fundraising strategies, identifying and pursuing funding opportunities, presenting tailored proposals, and managing donor relations. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals and maintaining accurate records of partnerships and contributions. The Lead will also represent the organization at relevant events and manage communication with key stakeholders to build long-term partnerships.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in fundraising, donor engagement, and securing financial support from HNIs and philanthropic organizations.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills to establish and maintain meaningful partnerships with stakeholders and donors.
  • Proficiency in crafting compelling proposals, impactful presentations, and engaging communication strategies.
  • Experience in strategic planning for large-scale fundraising campaigns and achieving financial targets.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in philanthropic initiatives, corporate social responsibility (CSR), or nonprofit organizations is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
