We are seeking a Hardware Test Engineer to support the development and deployment of Automated Test Program (ATP) stations for LRU and PCBA testing within In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) systems. This role focuses on end-to-end test station development, validation, and manufacturing support, working closely with internal engineering teams and external contract manufacturers to ensure robust, scalable, and high-quality test solutions.

Key Responsibilities

ATP / ATE Development

  • Design and develop manual and automated ATP test stations for LRU and PCBA testing.
  • Own hardware, software, fixtures, and cable development for test setups.
  • Manage release of test solutions through PDM systems (Teamcenter).
  • Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ATP/ATE stations.
  • Provide technical reporting, timelines, and status updates to stakeholders.

Test Equipment & Compliance

  • Ensure calibration, certification, and upkeep of all test equipment.
  • Work extensively with:
    • Oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power supplies, soldering stations
  • Support power supply testing, validation, and characterization activities.

Maintain compliance with engineering and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in embedded hardware testing, ATP/ATE development, or similar roles.
  • Experience in avionics hardware testing and documentation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • LabVIEW (mandatory)
    • AutoCAD
    • Test instruments (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, power supplies, soldering tools)
  • Strong experience in Linux environment and scripting.
  • Exposure to Android OS-level testing and debugging is highly desirable.
  • Experience in power supply testing, validation, and debugging.
  • Experience in application software setup and test environments.
  • Familiarity with PDM tools (e.g., Teamcenter) is preferred.

Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
