About The Role
LeadSquared is looking for a content-first Growth Marketing professional to drive demand generation for the US market. This is a high-impact, content-heavy role where you'll own the content strategy, shape product narratives, and influence buyers across every stage of the customer journey.
Working closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Leadership, you'll create content that builds brand authority, generates pipeline, and accelerates revenue growth in the US B2B SaaS market.
We're looking for an exceptional writer and strategic marketer with deep experience in the US SaaS ecosystem and a proven ability to leverage AI as a force multiplier for content creation, optimization, and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the content strategy for the US market, aligning it with business and revenue objectives.
- Develop high-quality content across multiple formats, including:
- Thought leadership and long-form articles
- Landing pages and website copy
- Webinar content and presentations
- Event collateral
- Paid marketing (PPC) campaigns
- Email campaigns and nurture programs
- Sales enablement assets
- Case studies and customer success stories
- Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales to create content that drives qualified pipeline and supports customer acquisition.
- Develop messaging frameworks for different buyer personas, industries, and stages of the customer journey.
- Use AI-powered tools to enhance research, content creation, optimization, personalization, and distribution while maintaining a high editorial standard.
- Analyze content performance, generate actionable insights, and continuously optimize content strategy based on business outcomes.
- Stay ahead of US B2B SaaS trends, competitive positioning, and evolving customer needs.
What We're Looking For Must Have
- 4–8 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Content Marketing, or Product Marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience creating content for the US B2B SaaS market ( non-negotiable ).
- Exceptional written English with strong storytelling, messaging, and editorial skills.
- Demonstrated experience developing content across blogs, webinars, landing pages, event collateral, paid campaigns, email marketing, and sales enablement.
- Strong understanding of content-led demand generation, digital marketing, and B2B buyer journeys.
- Demonstrated expertise in using AI-powered content and marketing tools. You should be able to use AI strategically to improve research, content quality, productivity, personalization, and distribution—not simply generate first drafts.
- Ability to independently manage content initiatives while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Willingness to work during US business hours (night shift) .
Preferred
- Experience marketing to the US education or EdTech sector.
- Understanding of higher education, online learning, or student recruitment.
- Working knowledge of SEO, content analytics, marketing automation, and performance measurement.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or EdTech organizations serving the US market will be highly preferred.
