Lead Graphic Designer

Our client is a food brand startup selling across all major e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms, their own website, and retail stores. We are seeking an experienced Lead Graphic Designer with expertise in illustration and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. The ideal candidate should possess a strong ability to visualise information and have a portfolio showcasing minimalist and aesthetically pleasing designs. Key responsibilities:

- Leading and managing a team of designers

- Thinking strategically and conceptually, beyond just execution

- Delivering high-quality work with attention to detail

- Handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

- Creating content-driven designs that effectively communicate the message.

Requirements:

- 9+ years of experience in graphic design, creative studios, or high-growth consumer brands

- A standout portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaign thinking, and impeccable craft

- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) + comfort with Figma

- Ability to translate abstract ideas into sharp, structured visual narratives

- Strong understanding of typography, grids, color theory, layout systems, and consumer psychology
