Role Overview:

We're looking for a Lead Designer who can think 360° — across branding, packaging, campaigns, social media, and digital assets. You'll lead the brand's creative direction, ensuring every visual connects emotionally, tells a story, and strengthens brand recall.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Direction: Own and evolve the visual identity of the brand across all platforms.
• 360° Design Execution: Oversee design for packaging, website, social media, digital ads, print, and campaign creatives.
• Campaign Development: Conceptualise and execute high-impact creative campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and collaborations.
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the design team to maintain consistent quality and creativity.
• Brand Storytelling: Translate brand philosophy into meaningful and aesthetic visuals.
• AI & Modern Tools: Use AI-driven tools and modern design software to enhance creativity and productivity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Trendspotting: Stay updated with global design, wellness, and digital trends to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in creative design, preferably in nutrition, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital design work.
• Excellent sense of color, typography, and layout.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on design ability.
• Familiarity with AI design tools
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion graphics or 3D mockups.
• Exposure to photo and video shoot direction.
• Understanding of digital performance creatives (ads, landing pages).
