Job description

Our Client is looking for a Lead Generator, who will be the frontline of business development — identifying, qualifying, and engaging senior decision-makers across multiple high-growth industry verticals. Using platforms like ZoomInfo and other data enrichment tools, you will build targeted prospect lists and execute daily outbound campaigns via calls, emails, and relevant channels. You will own your pipeline from initial research through to booked appointment, directly fueling the revenue engine of a business that operates at the intersection of technology and sustainability.

Schedule: Remote Full Time | 35h per week, During Australian (AEST) Business Hours.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize data enrichment platforms such as ZoomInfo to build targeted B2B prospect lists aligned with business objectives
• Research and qualify leads across multiple industry verticals including audio visual, green technologies, and AI services
• Conduct outbound outreach to decision-makers to generate interest and book qualified appointments
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all prospecting activity and lead status
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine targeting criteria and improve conversion rates
• Communicate value propositions clearly and professionally to senior-level executives

Requirements:

• Proven B2B lead generation experience with a track record of booking qualified appointments
• Familiarity with data enrichment and prospecting tools for list building and contact sourcing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for engaging senior decision-makers
• Ability to manage outreach across multiple industries and tailor messaging accordingly
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet outreach targets
• High level of organization and attention to detail in pipeline management
• Bonus: if you have direct experience prospecting within audio visual, green technology, or AI services industries
• Bonus: if you have experience using CRM systems to track and report on outreach performance
• Nice to have: It helps if you have hands-on experience with ZoomInfo specifically, beyond general familiarity
