ROLE OVERVIEW: LEAD GENERATION SPECIALISTS

This is a high-impact enterprise growth role, not a conventional lead generation position for HCM Product Organization.

We are looking for hunters who can break into enterprise accounts, open doors with CXOs, and create high-value business conversations. If you thrive on targets, embrace rejection, and are driven by outcomes. This role goes beyond execution, it demands the capability to build markets, shape strategic conversations, and drive enterprise growth. Designed for individuals who want to move from activity to ownership, you will play a critical role in building a strong, high-quality pipeline that powers Tapplent's next phase of growth.

WHAT YOU'II DRIVE:

  • Build and own enterprise pipeline across target accounts and geographies for HR tech Products
  • Engage CHROs, CXOs, and senior decision-makers through insight-led outreach
  • Design and execute multi-channel outbound strategies (LinkedIn, email, events, networks)
  • Convert strategic accounts into qualified opportunities with high conversion potential
  • Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to shape and accelerate deals
  • Bring market intelligence and customer insights back into GTM strategy

WHO SHOULD APPLY

  • 2–7 years of experience in HR Technology or AI products enterprises (SaaS preferred)
  • Proven track record of engaging senior stakeholders and creating pipeline
  • Strong communication, business acumen, and storytelling ability
  • Individuals looking to transition into enterprise sales or growth leadership roles
