About The Role
AVP Vigilant Technology Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Lead Generation Specialists to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who have strong communication skills and are interested in sales, business development, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential leads through online research and outreach activities.
- Connect with prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Qualify leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM/database.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Maintain professional communication with clients at all times.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Degree (Freshers can apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of English is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and internet research.
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently from home.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary & Benefits
