This is a full-time, Remote -Lead Generation Specialist role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home.

The Lead Generation Specialist will identify, research, and qualify prospective clients in banking, credit unions, and other financial institutions that could benefit from Scienaptic's AI-powered credit decisioning platform.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining prospect lists, executing outbound campaigns (email, calls, LinkedIn), and nurturing early-stage relationships to create a healthy sales pipeline. The role involves collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to refine ideal customer profiles, align messaging, and track campaign performance.

The specialist will also update and manage CRM records, prepare basic reports on lead metrics, and share market and competitor insights to help shape go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience generating and qualifying New Leads and managing end-to-end Lead Generation activities in a B2B environment.
  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for outreach, follow-ups, and internal collaboration.
  • Demonstrated success in Sales or pre-sales roles, with the ability to identify prospect needs and articulate solution value.
  • Solid Research skills to identify target accounts, key decision-makers, and market trends using online tools and databases.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools is highly desirable.
  • Background in fintech, SaaS, analytics, or financial services is a plus; interest in AI and credit decisioning is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed lead and activity targets in a hybrid work environment.
