Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to conduct cold outreach, qualify cold leads, and convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) within the staffing and recruitment sector.

The role focuses on reaching staffing companies, recruitment agencies, job boards, ATS providers, and related B2B partners to introduce our sourcing and recruitment traffic services.

Location: 100% Remote

Working Hours: Must be available during European working hours

Salary: USD 1,600 – 2,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels
  • Identify and contact staffing companies and recruitment-related businesses
  • Qualify cold leads based on need, budget, interest, and decision-making authority
  • Convert cold leads into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Book meetings for the sales or partnership team
  • Maintain accurate lead records in CRM
  • Follow up consistently with prospects
  • Track outreach activity, replies, meetings booked, and SQL conversion rate
  • Support campaigns targeting staffing companies, recruiters, job boards, and HR service providers
  • Work with internal teams to improve outreach messaging and lead quality

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B lead generation or sales development
  • Strong cold outreach experience via email and LinkedIn
  • Ability to qualify leads and identify real business opportunities
  • Good understanding of B2B sales funnels: cold lead, MQL, SQL, meeting booked
  • Experience using CRM and outreach tools
  • Strong written English communication
  • Organized, target-driven, and comfortable with daily outreach KPIs
  • Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, HR tech, or job board services is a strong plus

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling to staffing agencies or recruitment companies
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Smartlead, Zoho CRM, or similar tools
  • Understanding of CPA/CPC recruitment traffic models
  • Ability to write short, clear, and effective outreach messages
  • Experience booking qualified B2B meetings
