We are an early-stage startup looking for a high-energy Lead Generation Specialist who can own the outreach process. If you are good at finding people and even better at convincing them, we want you.
Core Responsibilities:
- Cold DMs: Execute personalized outreach campaigns on LinkedIn to book meetings.
- Cold Calling: High-volume calling to B2B prospects; must be able to handle objections.
- Lead Sourcing: Research and extract targeted lead lists using Sales Navigator/Tools.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean database of prospects and follow up relentlessly.
Key Requirements:
- Bilingual: Must be fluent in English & Hindi (Both written and verbal).
- Skills: Proven experience in Cold Calling and LinkedIn Outreach.
- Tools: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator andCRM/Sheets.
- Attitude: High resilience, target-oriented, and com fortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
Compensation (Performance-Driven):
- Base Salary: ₹500
- Profit Sharing: We offer 10% to 20% Profit Sharing on every deal closed through your leads.
- Earnings: No cap on incentives. If the company makes money, you make money.
