Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and execution-focused Growth & Lead Generation Specialist whose primary responsibility will be to discover, test, and scale new lead-generation channels for our bootcamps.
This is a high-impact role directly contributing to company growth and revenue generation.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong research mindset and be capable of identifying innovative ways to generate large volumes of quality leads through partnerships, communities, events, and digital platforms.

Partnership Development
- Reach out to colleges, universities, technology communities, training institutes, and organizations.
- Establish partnerships to increase bootcamp registrations and brand awareness.
Growth Hacking & Experimentation
- Continuously test and evaluate new lead-generation methods.
- Identify scalable acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitor strategies and market trends.
Campaign Execution
- Create and manage event listings, outreach campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal marketing teams to maximize lead generation efforts.
Performance Tracking
- Maintain records of lead sources and campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations for growth.
