Job Description

Salary: ₹3.6 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (100% Onsite)

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Transportation: Free Pick-up and Drop Facility Provided

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and execution-focused Growth & Lead Generation Specialist whose primary responsibility will be to discover, test, and scale new lead-generation channels for our bootcamps.

This is a high-impact role directly contributing to company growth and revenue generation.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong research mindset and be capable of identifying innovative ways to generate large volumes of quality leads through partnerships, communities, events, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new platforms, communities, and channels for lead generation.
  • Lead Source Research & Discovery
  • Explore opportunities through:
  • Colleges and Universities
  • Career Services Departments
  • Student Communities
  • Technology Forums
  • Professional Associations
  • Online Communities and Networking Platforms

Partnership Development

  • Reach out to colleges, universities, technology communities, training institutes, and organizations.
  • Establish partnerships to increase bootcamp registrations and brand awareness.

Growth Hacking & Experimentation

  • Continuously test and evaluate new lead-generation methods.
  • Identify scalable acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor strategies and market trends.

Campaign Execution

  • Create and manage event listings, outreach campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing teams to maximize lead generation efforts.

Performance Tracking

  • Maintain records of lead sources and campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations for growth.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of leads generated per month
  • Number of new lead-generation channels identified
  • Number of partnerships established
  • Bootcamp registrations generated
  • Paid enrollments and deal closures
  • Overall contribution to revenue growth
