About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and curious Lead Generation Specialist looking over the sales funnel from lead identification to lead capture for our B2B uniform division. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career at the intersection of textiles, fashion, sales strategy, and market development.

The selected candidate will work directly with the head of the business development and senior management, gaining first-hand exposure to strategic thinking, market development, and business operations. This position offers a strong opportunity to learn, grow, and be groomed based on individual capabilities and the company's evolving requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the head of the business development and management team on sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Support sales and business development efforts, including cold calling, follow-ups, and lead generation.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend tracking to support strategic decisions.
  • Assist in product line planning by linking market insights, global trends, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and merchandising teams to align demand with execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and communications.
  • Support participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and client interactions.
  • Prepare basic reports and share insights with senior management.

Eligibility & Background

  • Freshers with 1-2 years with good computer skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferred educational background:
  • Textile Engineering / Textile Technology / Fashion & Apparel
  • Sales and Business Development experience is preferred.
  • Awareness or interest in the textile and garment industry is an advantage.

Key Skills & Personal Qualities

  • Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data, trends, and market signals.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, ads, Sales Navigator is essential.
  • Strong ability to learn through observation and understand situations by connecting a series of events and outcomes.
  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working with changing priorities and evolving business needs.
  • Cosmopolitan outlook with awareness of global fashion, business, and cultural trends.
  • Ability to stay informed about current global and industry developments and translate them into actionable ideas.
  • Self-confident and decisive, able to back strategic suggestions with logic and reasoning.
  • Resilient and persistent, especially in cold calling and outreach where rejection is part of the process.
  • High level of punctuality, discipline, and ownership.
  • Strong memory and recall ability (an added advantage) for clients, products, and discussions.
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive learning mindset.
