Job Title: Lead Generator Web Development Company

Looking for prospective candidates for generating leads via bulk emailing, LinkedIn, or other social media platforms for IT services - mobile apps, websites, digital marketing, SEO, and SMO for the international market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate qualified leads for Web Development Company (Web and Application Development, PPC, Social Media Marketing, etc.)
- Research and target potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and other lead generation tools/platforms
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and regularly update CRM systems
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets (KPIs)
- Qualify leads through initial outreach.
- Continuously analyze and improve lead generation strategies to increase conversion rates
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation in a Web Development Company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar CRM/lead tools
- Self-driven, performance-focused, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Performance Metrics:
- Number of qualified leads generated per week/month
- Lead-to-meeting conversion rate
