About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive who can identify, connect, and qualify potential clients for ERP solutions and custom software development services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in B2B IT sales lead generation.

This role involves generating qualified opportunities from industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, fintech, infrastructure, and enterprise businesses.

  • Generate qualified leads for:
  • ERP Software Solutions
  • Custom Software Development
  • Mobile App Development
  • AI & Automation Solutions
  • SaaS Platforms
  • Research and identify potential clients through:
  • LinkedIn
  • Email campaigns
  • Cold calling
  • Online platforms
  • Business directories
  • Networking platforms
  • Initiate conversations with decision-makers such as:
  • CEOs
  • CTOs
  • IT Heads
  • Operations Managers
  • Factory Owners
  • HR Heads
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales/business development team
  • Maintain lead pipeline and CRM updates
  • Understand client requirements and qualify opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams
  • Generate outbound campaigns and follow-ups
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects

Required Skills

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Experience in B2B IT lead generation
  • Knowledge of ERP or software services industry preferred
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently in a WFH environment
