International Lead Generation Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for an International Lead Generation Specialist who has prior experience generating leads for digital marketing services such as SEO, Performance Marketing, and Website Design & Development. The ideal candidate should have experience targeting D2C and E-commerce brands in international markets such as the US, UK, Australia, and other global regions.
This role requires a strong understanding of B2B outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and AI-driven lead generation workflows to build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build a pipeline of qualified international prospects in D2C and E-commerce industries.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, databases, directories, and other prospecting tools.
- Qualify prospects based on business requirements, marketing needs, and outsourcing potential.
- Execute cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling to connect with potential clients.
- Personalize outreach to improve response and meeting booking rates.
- Follow up consistently to nurture prospects and move them toward discovery calls.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of international prospects and potential clients.
- Use AI-powered tools and automation platforms to scale lead generation.
- Build and manage workflows for automated outreach, lead enrichment, and follow-ups.
- Continuously test and optimize automation strategies to improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with the sales and internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Monitor outreach performance including response rates, lead quality, and conversion metrics to optimize lead generation strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in international lead generation or B2B sales for digital marketing agencies.
- Experience generating leads for SEO, performance marketing, or website design & development services.
- Strong experience targeting D2C and E-commerce brands in international markets.
- Hands-on experience with cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and databases (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
- Experience using AI tools and automation workflows for prospecting and outreach.
- Experience with CRM tools and outreach automation platforms.
- Strong research, communication, and negotiation skills
