Role Description

The Lead Generation Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. Key responsibilities include identifying and generating new leads, building client prospects, conducting market research, maintaining the lead database, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals. The role requires working collaboratively to build relationships, communicate effectively with potential clients, and help expand the company's customer base.

Qualifications

• 5 Years of Experience in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Sales and client engagement
• Ability to conduct thorough Research and analyze data to uncover opportunities
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
