Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist with a strong focus on the India, APAC and US markets . The role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality leads to support the global sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using prospecting tools, CRM systems, and outreach strategies tailored to international markets. This is a target-driven role requiring strong research abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to engage with senior decision-makers across regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the India, APAC and US markets through online research, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, databases, cold calling, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Qualify prospects based on decision-making authority, business needs, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and target industries for both regions.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Nurture relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups and multi-channel engagement.
  • Track and manage all lead activities in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Work closely with marketing to align lead generation campaigns with regional business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 47 years of proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development, focused on India and International markets.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and regional business dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (neutral/US accent preferred).
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, etc.).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
  • Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
