Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Lead Generation Specialist. The primary duties of the role will include identifying and qualifying new leads, nurturing strong relationships with potential clients, and conducting thorough research to target business opportunities. The Lead Generation Specialist will collaborate with the sales team to meet organizational goals and contribute to driving business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience and skills in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with prospects effectively
• Sales aptitude with the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Proficiency in conducting thorough Research to identify new opportunities
• Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in CRM software and lead management tools (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
