Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support our Business Development team. This role will focus on identifying prospective pharma and biotech companies, initiating outreach, and setting up introductory calls with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential pharma and biotech prospects across clinical, regulatory, and data functions
- Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage relevant stakeholders
- Qualify leads and schedule introduction calls for senior BD team members
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Support conference and event follow-ups.
- Consistently follow up with prospects and nurture early-stage relationships
Required Technical Skills
CRM & Sales Tools
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Ability to track activities, update lead status, and manage follow-ups
Outreach & Productivity Tools
- Strong experience with Outlook / Gmail
- Familiarity with outreach tools (Apollo or similar a plus)
LinkedIn & Research
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Ability to research companies, pipelines, and key stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of ClinicalTrials.gov is a strong plus
Required Functional & Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline
- Ability to handle non-responses and objections professionally
- Curious mindset and willingness to learn pharma/biotech concepts
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working with targets and timelines
Pharma / CRO Knowledge (Preferred, Not Mandatory)
- Basic understanding of clinical trial phases (IIV)
- Awareness of CRO services and pharma/biotech ecosystem
Experience & Education
- 03 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development
- Background in life sciences, pharmacy, biotechnology, or healthcare preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and research skills are welcome
