Through our Personal Branding division, we help founders, investors, and operators build

authority and distribution.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist responsible for identifying potential clients,

initiating conversations, and building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities for our

Personal Branding division. The role focuses on outbound outreach, prospecting, and

generating high-quality leads.

What You'll Do & Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Write high-converting cold emails with strong subject lines to drive responses.
  • Craft effective outreach messages for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter DMs.
  • Use CRM and email tracking tools to monitor outreach performance and manage

responses.

  • Identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and research prospective clients such as founders,

CEOs, investors, and senior professionals.

  • Qualify prospects effectively and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain structured prospect lists and a strong lead pipeline in the CRM.
  • Stay updated on personal branding, creator economy, and LinkedIn growth trends.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or outbound prospecting.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills for outreach messages.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email automation platforms, and AI productivity tools.
  • Ability to research prospects and personalize outreach effectively.
  • Highly organized with a proactive and target-driven mindset.
