We are hiring Lead Generation Specialist at our Ahmedabad, India office. This is a full time, on-site position that requires work from office. This is a 5 days a week, US shift position.
Job Description:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential B2B clients to introduce products or services.
- Generate and qualify new leads through effective questioning and conversation.
- Build rapport with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Explain the benefits of products or services and handle objections.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or in a similar sales role.
- Prior experience in B2B and international calling process preferred and would be an added advantage
- Minimum one year of Tele-calling experience in North America or Europe geographies required
- Knowledge of Internet and MS Office Excel is a must
- Excellent communication skills required to interact with US prospects
- Education: Graduate / Under Graduate from any field
