Employment Type: Full-time | Shift: Second Shift

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Account-Based Research (ABR): Identify and develop new contacts using tools like LinkedIn, Dripify, Snov.io and other databases.

Prospect Nurturing (Outbound): Warm up prospects, build a sales funnel for further discussion with the sales team.

Client Engagement: Ask meaningful questions to understand clients requirements, pain points & interest areas.

Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with high-potential prospects; develop(convert) through calls or emails.

Appointment Scheduling: Book meetings with prospective clients to drive sales dialogues.

Sales Targets Achievement: Work toward achieving the company's sales goals within assigned segments.

Sales Records: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and outcomes.

Strategy Input: Provide inputs to improve lead generation strategies.

International Partnerships: Identify and partner with agencies or companies that can act as extended business development arms in international markets.

Proposal Support: Assist in drafting proposals that create win-win outcomes for our company and partner agencies.

Report Maintenance: Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation of leads and partner agencies.

Additional Duties: Handle other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred).

Proven experience (24 years) in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency preferred.

Ability to use CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and MS Office.

Self-motivated, target-driven, eager to learn.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in B2B lead generation.

Familiarity with cold calling and email-marketing strategies.

Knowledge/use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
