Netbounce is hiring energetic and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialists to generate qualified leads from the U.S. market using research tools, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
Role Overview:
You will identify companies and professionals in the U.S. who can benefit from our services, conduct research, initiate email communication, and maintain accurate lead data in CRM & trackers. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential leads and contacts in the U.S. market through research.
- Generate and qualify leads using platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, etc.
- Conduct email outreach and LinkedIn messaging to initiate engagement.
- Maintain and update lead details in CRM/trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing & sales campaigns.
- Prepare weekly lead reports using Google Sheets/Excel.
- Stay updated on U.S. hiring trends and job requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing/IT preferred).
- 15 years of experience in lead generation or business development (U.S. market is a plus).
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, HubSpot, Pipedrive.
- Strong analytical & reporting skills.
- Comfortable working in Night Shift (U.S. Time Zone).
- Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented.
Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)
Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Mon- Fri)
Timings: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM (Night Shift- US Time Zone)
