Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to drive our outbound lead generation efforts. You will leverage tools like Apollo.io, Lucia for leads, and CRM platforms like Zoho CRM, etc to identify, engage, and nurture potential clients. This role requires a data-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to execute successful lead generation campaigns.

HireGenie is a specialized talent acquisition company providing curated offerings for recruitment of Chartered Accountants (Qualified and Semi-Qualified), Company Secretary, Chartered Financial Analyst, MBA and other graduates and professionals in the field of commerce. HireGenie works with leading consulting firms, corporates and startups in India and Middle East region to assist them in building their Finance team.

Location: Remote

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Research and identify potential clients using online databases, LinkedIn, and company websites.
2. Execute email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Zoho Campaign to engage and nurture leads.
3. Conduct cold calling and email outreach to generate new business opportunities.
4. Analyze data to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Role Requirements:

1. 1-5 years of experience in lead generation or outbound sales.
2. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
3. Proficiency in lead generation tools (Apollo.io, Lucia for leads)
4. Proficiency in CRM softwares.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education: Any graduate

Experience: 1-5 Years

Work Schedule: Mon-Sat (Half day on Saturday)

Salary: Flexible based on experience
