Job Title: Lead Generation Executive/Specialist US Accounting Process

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients for our US-based accounting and bookkeeping services.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, online databases, and other sources
Qualify prospects based on company size, industry, decision-maker profiles, and need for outsourced accounting services
Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound communication (email, LinkedIn, and cold calling if required)
Set up appointments and meetings for the sales/accounting team with key decision-makers
Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and activities in CRM tools
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve messaging and targeting
Stay updated on trends in the US accounting and outsourcing industry
Requirements:
13 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably for accounting, financial services, or outsourcing companies
Familiarity with the US market and accounting terminologies is a plus
Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field preferred
