Who we're looking for
A self-driven outbound Lead Gen Specialist who is already generating qualified leads/filling calendar of sales team for AI / automation / Apps services into US/UK/EU markets and runs the full funnel themself — not a junior SDR who needs hand-holding.
- 3+ years B2B outbound lead gen
- At least 1 year selling AI services (AI agents, automations, custom AI development)
- Proven track record booking calls with UK / US / EU buyers
- AI-native prospector — Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Instantly, ChatGPT/Claude in daily workflow
- Strong written English (your cold emails are read by VPs)
- Expert in finding buying intent (Non-negotiable skill)
To be qualified, you must currently be doing this
- Owning B2B outbound end-to-end (list build → enrichment → sequence → reply handling → call booking)
- Booking 4+ qualified discovery calls per week from your own outbound activity
- Selling AI, automation or Mico-SaaS services (not just SEO, PPC, product-led growth SaaS or generic IT)
- Working with international clients on UK or US business hours
- Using AI tools to scale your own prospecting (not ignoring the AI shift)
If you're in inbound-only / sales-support / founder-led-only-leads roles, this isn't your fit.
What you'll do at ReStack Ops
- Run the outbound engine for our UK / US / EU pipeline — target list → enrichment → multichannel sequence → reply → discovery call booked
- Hit a clear quota of qualified discovery calls per month for the AI Consultant/Sales Person to close
- Use AI Tools & Agents to scale your prospecting
- Iterate weekly with the founder on ICP, messaging, channels and offers
- Own pipeline visibility — clean CRM, weekly numbers, win/loss patterns
- Surface ICP and offer gaps from real conversations — your insights shape the roadmap
- Grow with the role — within 12 months, scope to lead a small outbound team as we expand
