Role Description

This is a full-time remote based role. The Lead Generation Specialist will identify and engage potential clients to drive business growth. Responsibilities include conducting research to uncover new leads, managing lead generation campaigns, initiating and nurturing client relationships, and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to support overall objectives. The specialist will play a critical role in building the sales pipeline and ensuring data accuracy and consistency in CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Lead Generation and identifying new leads
  • Strong Communication and Sales skills with a results-oriented approach
  • Ability to conduct detailed Research to identify potential clients and opportunities
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and lead management systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and nurture client relationships
  • Proficient in analyzing data to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Experience in digital marketing or a related field is a plus
