Role Overview

EMPOR Marcom is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support B2B demand generation and inside sales activities for our clients, primarily within the software development and technology services space.

This role involves generating qualified business leads, identifying potential prospects, and initiating outreach campaigns on behalf of our clients. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working on software or IT lead generation projects and possess strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

You will work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to drive lead generation campaigns, build prospect pipelines, and support business growth initiatives across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute B2B demand generation and inside sales activities for software development and technology clients
  • Research and identify potential target accounts, decision-makers, and business opportunities
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach including emails, LinkedIn, cold calling, and database-driven campaigns
  • Understand client requirements and align demand generation strategies accordingly
  • Build and maintain prospect databases and sales pipelines
  • Schedule introductory meetings and discovery call for client sales teams
  • Coordinate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and delivery
  • Maintain accurate tracking of outreach activities, responses, and lead status within CRM systems
  • Support account-based marketing and outbound prospecting initiatives
  • Consistently achieve lead generation and outreach targets

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, lead generation, inside sales, or related roles
  • Prior experience working on software development, IT services, or technology demand generation projects
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and lead qualification processes
  • A strong demand generation professional should not only focus on generating volume but also possess the ability to identify genuine business opportunities through proper BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) qualification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach, cold calling, and LinkedIn-based prospecting
  • Experience using CRM tools, lead databases, and sales engagement platforms is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Candidates based in Delhi NCR will be preferred
