Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Lead Generation Specialist. The role involves identifying and generating new business leads, conducting research to identify potential clients, and reaching out to prospects through various channels. The Specialist will manage the lead generation pipeline, maintain client databases, and collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers. Regular communication with stakeholders is critical to understand business needs and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
• Strong skills in Communication and building relationships with potential clients
• Ability to perform Research to identify and evaluate target markets and customer prospects
• Understanding of Sales techniques and strategies to contribute to business growth
• Proficiency in using CRM software and tools related to lead management
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to maintain a strong lead pipeline
• Prior experience in the construction or technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
