Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation - Contact C-level executives via calls and emails to generate leads and present solutions.
  • Meeting Coordination - Schedule and coordinate meetings for Sales Consultants with potential clients.
  • Sales Cycle Support - Assist in managing the sales process, from lead nurturing to closure.
  • Calendar Management - Manage and optimize sales consultants calendars to ensure efficient time allocation.
  • Proposal and Presentation Preparation - Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Product Demonstrations - Conduct online demonstrations to showcase software features and benefits.
  • Follow-Up & Engagement - Regularly follow up with leads, address queries, and ensure client engagement.
  • Coordination & Reporting - Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales activities.
  • Maintain records and provide updates in the CRM system.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background - Graduation/Post-Graduation in Business or related fields.
  • Experience - Proven experience in B2B sales and client engagement.
  • Communication Skills - Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales Acumen - Strong sales acumen with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with Sales Processes - Familiarity with B2B sales processes and CRM tools.
  • Multitasking and Time Management - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Technical Aptitude - Technical aptitude to understand and present software solutions confidently.
