Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist/Business Development Executive, based in Gurugram. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts. The role also involves communication with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting relevant solutions to meet their business needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and identifying growth opportunities, client acquisition
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management to drive client satisfaction and account expansion
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet set business development targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the technology or service industry is a plus
• Proactive approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
