We are now seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist to accelerate our global outreach, identify high-potential prospects, and play a key role in expanding our client base across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-performing lead generation strategies across email marketing, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Identify, research, and qualify prospects that align with the ideal client profile.
  • Plan, manage, and implement outreach campaigns to drive interest, engagement, and conversions.
  • Conduct effective cold emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, and follow-up sequences to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date lead database to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach approaches.
  • Perform detailed market research to uncover new business opportunities and optimize lead generation processes.
  • Ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality, marketing-qualified leads.

Requirements:

  • 23 years of experience in lead generation for Domestic & international markets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with potential clients.
  • Proven expertise in email marketing and LinkedIn-based outreach strategies.
  • Prior experience in marketing or digital marketing agencies is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Hands-on proficiency with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to craft compelling, audience-specific outreach messages.
  • Self-driven, target-focused, and capable of delivering consistent results independently.
  • Experience using CRM systems for managing and tracking lead pipelines.
  • Familiarity with CRMs like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus.
