Job Description

Job Title: Lead Generation Executive

Location: Remote

Experience: 23 years

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation Executive who can identify, connect, and engage with potential prospects across digital platforms. This role focuses on building a strong pipeline through research, personalized outreach, and consistent follow-ups.

You will work closely with the sales and business development teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and smooth handover for conversions.

What You'll Do

Lead Research

Identify and source relevant leads using LinkedIn and other platforms

Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects

Understand target audience and identify high-quality leads

Outreach & Engagement

Send personalized outreach messages to potential leads

Follow up consistently to nurture conversations

Maintain a professional and engaging communication tone

Data Management

Maintain and update lead databases regularly

Ensure accuracy, cleanliness, and organization of data

Track outreach efforts and responses

Collaboration

Work closely with the sales/BD team

Share qualified leads with relevant context

Ensure smooth handover and alignment for conversions

What We're Looking For

23 years of experience in lead generation, outreach, or similar roles

Strong written communication skills in English

Basic understanding of LinkedIn sourcing and outreach

Ability to research and identify relevant prospects

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B lead generation or outreach

Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

Comfortable working with spreadsheets for data management

Exposure to cold outreach, follow-ups, and lead qualification

Strong interest in sales processes and pipeline building
