Job SummaryWe are hiring a Team Lead Lead Generation (US Staffing) to manage and drive a team focused on generating qualified leads from the US market. The role involves team handling, outbound strategy, and consistent pipeline generation for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of lead generation executives
- Identify and research potential US clients and hiring needs
- Execute outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and lead generation tools
- Ensure consistent generation of qualified leads
- Track team performance and maintain reports (CRM/Excel/Google Sheets)
- Coordinate with sales team for lead conversion
- Train and guide team members to improve productivity and quality
Required Skills & Experience- 15 years of experience in US Staffing / Lead Generation / Inside Sales
- Prior team handling or mentoring experience preferred
- Strong understanding of US market and staffing process
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Target-driven and result-oriented approach
Salary & Benefits- CTC: 3.0 6.0 LPA (based on experience)
