We are expanding our presence in the US market and are seeking motivated individuals to join our growing data and research team.
Role Overview
The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for extracting, organizing, and analyzing data to support sales, marketing, and operations teams. Additionally, they will initiate first-level contact with potential clients, build rapport, and then smoothly hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Mine data from public and private sources related to healthcare, pharmaceutical, insurance, and digital workflow domains (US market focus).
- Identify company details, prospect information, email IDs, contact numbers, and other relevant business data.
- Clean, validate, and format data for CRM and internal systems.
- Initiate first-level communication with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, or CRM tools to build initial rapport.
- Qualify leads and hand them over to the sales team for further discussions or demos.
- Maintain structured spreadsheets and reports for internal departments like Sales, Marketing, and Product.
- Analyze competitor data, market trends, and industry updates to support the team.
Required Skills & Tools
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning).
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Rocket Reach, etc., for lead generation and data sourcing.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to initiate professional conversations with US-based clients.
- Ability to build initial trust and rapport with clients before handing over to the sales team.
- Time management, multitasking, and willingness to work night shifts (US time zone).
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Statistics, Pharmacy, or related fields.
- 02 years of experience in data mining, data analysis, lead generation, or research roles.
