Roles & Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, job portals, online platforms, and other lead sources.
- Generate qualified leads for IT consulting and staffing services.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and decision-makers.
- Reach out to potential clients through emails, calls, and social media platforms.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales/business development team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients.
- Understand client requirements and share relevant company services.
- Update lead status and daily activities in CRM or internal tracking systems.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business targets.
- Stay updated with market trends and IT industry requirements.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services and consulting industry.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, and lead generation tools.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
