Data Sourcing and Management

Sourcing Accurate Contact Details of college students and decision makers of college

clubs, society, and communities through organizing marketing and from online

sources like LinkedIn, Internshala, Unstop, Google search, social media platforms,

and other possible sources.

Maintaining the database on internal templates of the organization.

Recruitment / Collaboration Call

Having effective calls in order to: Recruit and Train students as community

ambassadors / collaborate with clubs, communities , Brand and Position Techleap

Academy as the best choice for students , Generate Leads from the targeted college

Prepare via research for targeting colleges to get the best results.

Online/Offline Community Setup

Generate leads for sales revenue as per management guidelines.

Negotiate WIN-WIN deals with college clubs, communities, and societies to generate

leads and promote Techleap Academy. Build and manage online groups/communities

with recruited community ambassadors to generate leads and build brand image in

college.

Nurturing the target audience in groups/communities and colleges through resources

provided by the organization.

Community Ambassador Coordination

Be the Interface between the community ambassadors/community coordinators and

the organization.

Good Listening skill

Presentation skills are a plus

Knowledge Required

Google sheets and Google slides

Knowledge of marketing and branding

Knowledge of IT/Tech is a plus
