Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Lead Generation Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities by researching target markets, industries, and potential clients. The role involves building and managing lead lists, initiating contact through calls, emails, and professional networks, and setting up meetings or demos for the sales team. The Lead Generation Executive will maintain an organized pipeline in CRM tools, track outreach activities, and provide regular reports on lead quality and conversion. The role also includes collaborating with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, understand service offerings, and support campaigns that drive interest in Safebooks Global's outsourcing and offshoring solutions.
Qualifications
  • Strong ability to identify and nurture New Leads and demonstrate hands-on experience in Lead Generation.
  • Proficiency in Market Research, including analyzing industries, target accounts, and decision-makers.
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional client-facing approach.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with experience in prospecting, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline.
  • Comfort using CRM or lead management tools and basic proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in B2B services, outsourcing, or accounting/financial services is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
